When is the last time you flew on an airplane? I just returned from a quick trip to Sitka Alaska. So often we just mentally check out when the Flight Attendants start their required safety brief about seat belts, emergency exits, flotation devices, and oxygen masks. (You might even heard the little monologue in your head as you read this?) Pause at the place where they remind those traveling with small children to “put their own oxygen mask on BEFORE assisting” their child or others. It makes sense to put our oxygen mask first so we don’t pass out and add our self to those who need assistance. Right?
Too often we deny our self the attention we need to make sure we are able to help and serve our own loved ones and friends. When is the last time you paused for some self care?
I’m here to remind you that you deserve it! Self care is what keeps us all ready to be at our best while we care for others.
So today I’m sending you this personal invitation to take time to recharge at a free virtual event, Self Love Revolution Summit, where I will be one of the speakers, November 3-7.
One of the most important relationships in life, besides our relationship with the Lord, is the one you have with yourself.
It has the power to bring you so much happiness… but it also limits you. If your relationship isn’t right, you’ll never be able to live your best life.
Whether that means expanding your business, improving your relationships, or finding financial freedom, how you love yourself determines your capacity.
That’s why I’m so excited to be a part of The Self Love Revolution Summit.
This free virtual event is open to people like you, and it’s the easiest way to make sure you don’t stop yourself from living the life that’s waiting for you.
What are we going to show you?
- Self love strategies the experts use to make the most out of life.
- The easiest ways to let go of the inner ‘NO’.
- Tips on how to rewire your mindset and get your head in the game.
- Meditation mastery to clear the clutter and live with intention.
And if you’re still undecided, look at it this way: you sign up for free.
If you choose not to use any of the strategies, tips, or knowledge you’ll get from this summit, then that’s cool!
But you don’t lose anything by checking it out, right? Also, it’s virtual so no travel required.
Personally, I’d love to see your name on that sign up list and know that you believe you deserve it!
Click here to secure your spot and leave a comment to let me know I will see you there.
Remember, when your are at your best others are blessed.
